Setup steps

  • 1. Create your account: Open seatzo.online and choose Create account. Continue with Google, or enter your name, work email, and a password of at least 6 characters. A coupon is optional. Accept the Terms, then create the account.
  • 2. Library name, map pin, hours, facilities: Enter your library or reading room name. Pin the exact location on the map so students can find you. Set opening hours (or 24/7). Tick only the facilities you actually offer.
  • 3. Confirm the address: Check city, locality, and street. These details fill from the map pin — edit anything that looks wrong, then continue.
  • 4. Floors, sections, and seats: If you have one open hall, say so. If you have several areas, add each floor and section, who it is open to (boys, girls, or mixed), the room type, and how many seats.
  • 5. Shifts, fees, and weekly off: Add each shift with start and end time. Set the fee for one month and any longer packs. Mark weekly closing days, or say the library stays open every day.
  • 6. Review prices: Read the summary. If a fee is wrong, go back and fix the shift before you continue.
  • 7. Photos, UPI, and identity: Upload library photos and tag each place: Entrance, Seating, Washroom, Reception, Cooling (up to 2 per place). UPI ID or payment QR is optional but lets students pay from the app. Enter an ID document type and number to finish.
  • 8. List for students: Choose whether students can find your library. If you list it, they see it on find.seatzo.online and in the student app, then can request a seat.
